Rates move with demand, so some months earn a little more or less. Credits you don't use never expire, they just keep stacking up. Estimates use today's model prices; choose Auto and simple requests go to cheaper models, so credits stretch about 2–3× further.

Safety

Built to be trusted.

Your money

Withdraw any time

No lockups and no notice period. Nothing in the contracts can block a withdrawal.

Your money

Only you can withdraw

Raeto has no way to move your deposit. The vaults have no function that lets Raeto withdraw your USDG or shares; only the interest that pays for your credits ever leaves.

The code

Rules can’t be rewritten

The vault contracts aren’t upgradeable. If the USDG vault ever moves to a different Morpho vault, the switch is announced on-chain two days ahead so anyone can exit first.

The lending

Built on Morpho

Deposits are lent through Morpho, an audited lending protocol securing billions, via the Steakhouse USDG vault and Galaxy-curated stock markets.

Stock loans

Kept conservative

Stock vaults borrow 30% of your shares’ value against a 62.5% limit and repay early above 38%. A stock would need to fall about 50% before any liquidation.

Tested

Checked before launch

Over 120 automated tests and three rounds of security review against the real Morpho contracts. Rehearsed end to end on a local chain before going live.

$RAETO holders

Hold 1,000 $RAETO. Unlock Auto routing.

Auto routing is Raeto’s proprietary routing engine: it reads each request and sends it to the cheapest model that can do the job, so the same credits buy about 2–3× more AI. It’s reserved for wallets holding at least 1,000 $RAETO. No staking and no sign-up; Raeto checks the wallet you sign in with.

  1. Hold 1,000 $RAETOin the wallet you use with Raeto.
  2. Sign in with that walletRaeto checks your balance automatically.
  3. Pick Auto in chat or the APIuse model raeto/auto and credits stretch further.
How it works

Keep what you own. Spend the interest.

Borrowers pay interest to borrow what you deposit, and they always lock up more collateral than they borrow. That interest is yours, and Raeto turns it into AI credits automatically.

Under the hood

Built on lending markets that already work.

Raeto doesn't invent a new lending protocol. It connects pieces that are already live: tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, Morpho for lending, and OpenRouter for AI models.

1 · Your deposit

Stocks or dollars

Tokenized stocks, or USDG, the dollar stablecoin on Robinhood Chain. USDC converts to USDG when you bridge it in.

Robinhood Chain · Paxos USDG
2 · Vault

Raeto vault

A dollar vault and one vault per stock, built on Morpho Vault V2. It tracks what you own and decides where it's lent.

Morpho Vault V2
3 · Lending

Morpho markets

Dollars are lent against collateral like USDe; stocks are lent against USDG. Price feeds liquidate any borrower whose collateral runs low.

Morpho Blue + Chainlink
4 · Interest

Credits

Interest accrues every block. Raeto's keeper harvests it and adds it to your balance as AI credits.

5 · AI

Every model

Your key reaches hundreds of models from every major lab. Each request is charged at its real price.

OpenRouter
Why Morpho

Isolated markets

Each stock gets its own market with its own risk settings, so trouble in one stock can't spread to the others. Morpho's core contracts are immutable and audited.

Why vaults

Shares, not dollars

The vault counts your deposit in shares of the stock. Interest is paid in the same stock and turned into credits, so your share count never drops.

Why OpenRouter

Every model, one bill

OpenRouter connects to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta and more, with fallbacks when a provider is down. Raeto adds the payments and the credits.

Why Raeto

Three ways to pay for AI. Only one keeps your shares.

Card

Pay a subscription

$20 to $200 a month, every month, out of your pocket. Nothing you own works for you.

Sell

Sell some stock

You lose the shares and their upside, and selling can mean a tax bill.

Raeto

Let your stocks pay

Your shares keep their full upside. The interest they earn by being lent out covers your AI.

Vaults

Two ways in. Same free AI.

Dollar vault · at launch

USDG and USDC

Deposit dollars and they're lent through Morpho's USDG markets, the same markets behind Robinhood's own Earn product. The steadiest yield, live from day one. USDC from other chains converts to USDG on the way in.

Stock vaults · opening one by one

Tokenized stocks

Keep your NVDA, GOOGL, AAPL, SPCX or TSLA and let them earn. Each vault borrows dollars worth about 30% of your shares through a curated Morpho market and lends them, so you never sell a share.

Models

One key. Every model.

Your credits work across all major models through one OpenAI-compatible API, or right in the Raeto app. No separate accounts or bills.

  • GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek and more, through OpenRouter
  • Streaming, tools and JSON mode work as usual
  • Every request is paid from your credits, nothing to top up
Use your credits from code

Works with any OpenAI-compatible SDK. Every request draws from your interest-funded credits first.

Risks

What you should know.

Stablecoin risk

The dollar vault holds USDG, issued by Paxos. It is backed by cash and Treasuries, but a stablecoin can lose its dollar peg.

A loan on your stock

Stock vaults borrow dollars worth about 30% of your shares and repay early if the stock falls. A crash of roughly 50% or more, faster than the vault can react, could let Morpho sell part of the shares to repay the loan.

Your stock price still moves

Lending doesn't protect you from the market. If the stock falls, your deposit is worth less.

Rates depend on demand

Credits come from what lent dollars earn minus what the stock loan costs. When that gap shrinks, credits slow down or pause.

Withdrawals can wait

If the dollars are fully lent out, a large withdrawal may wait until borrowers repay.

The stock token issuer

Robinhood issues the stock tokens and can pause transfers or block an address. While a token is paused, deposits and withdrawals for that stock wait until it resumes.

Weekend price gaps

Stock price feeds pause when markets close. Prices can jump on reopen, which affects borrowers and liquidations.

Raeto runs the keeper

A Raeto service turns interest into credits. If it stops, interest keeps building in the vault and is credited when it restarts.

Smart contract risk

Raeto runs on Morpho's audited contracts plus its own vault. Audits reduce risk but don't remove it.

Roadmap

Next stops on the line.

Live

Auto routing

Raeto sends each request to the cheapest model that can handle it, so your credits go further. Simple requests can cost 70% less. For wallets holding 1,000 $RAETO.

Stop 3

Pay any way

Buy credits with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or crypto. Credits land the moment you pay, and $RAETO holders keep Auto routing.

Stop 4

Developer platform

A full home for builders: usage analytics and activity logs, scoped API keys, an MCP server and SDK for agents, and “Sign in with Raeto” so your app’s users spend their own credits.

Stop 5

Credit marketplace

Not using all your credits? Sell them to people who want AI for less, and get paid in USDG. Buyers save, and your idle credits turn into cash.

Stop 6

Stake $RAETO

Stake $RAETO to keep Auto routing on and earn AI credits, funded by activity across Raeto and the marketplace.

Stop 7

Take credits anywhere

Move credits from your balance into your wallet as a token. Hold them, send them, or trade them on Robinhood Chain DEXs. Anyone holding them can spend them on AI at Raeto.

Stop 8

Agents pay their way

AI agents with their own wallets hold stocks and pay for their own model calls from the interest.

Stop 9

Credits ahead

Spend next month's interest today, backed by the shares in your vault. Small limits that grow over time.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I still own my shares?

Yes. Your vault balance is counted in shares, not dollars. Price moves are yours, up or down, and you can withdraw the same number of shares you deposited.

Where does the interest come from?

From borrowers. Traders borrow tokenized stocks to hedge or short, and they pay interest for it. They must lock more USDG than the shares are worth, and positions that fall short get liquidated.

What if nobody borrows my stock?

That's why stock vaults open one by one, only once a stock has borrowers. If demand drops later, credits slow down but your shares are unaffected. You can switch to the dollar vault or withdraw.

What happens to credits I don't use?

They stay in your account and never expire. Every month adds more, so a quiet month means a bigger balance for a busy one.

Can I deposit USDC?

Yes. Robinhood Chain uses USDG as its dollar, so USDC bridged in from Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and other chains arrives as USDG. Withdrawals can go back out as USDC.

Where does the interest on dollars come from?

From borrowers on Morpho who lock other assets as collateral and borrow USDG. Rates float with demand. Any rewards Morpho or Robinhood pay to USDG lenders also become credits.

Which models can I use?

All major models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, DeepSeek, Mistral and more. Each request is charged at the model's price plus a small service fee, paid from your credits.

Can anyone use Raeto?

Tokenized stocks aren't available in every country, including the US. Check whether you can hold stock tokens where you live before depositing.
